My name is Corinna Werkle. I am married and have two grown-up children.
Coaching is close to my heart, because I am deeply convinced that every person has their own very personal path to being happy. That this path is inseparable from a fulfilling personal AND professional life is something I learned in my own.
From the very beginning my life was shaped by a lot of professional change, and it was often shaken by it too. "Is what I am doing right now the right thing?" and "Where will my next decision take me?" Most of the time I had to take the risk in order to find out what was right and what was wrong.
My career path turned moving house into a way of life, which meant I never owned a fitted wardrobe — just clothes rails that fit into any removal van. When my family came into the picture, it was clear that things would change and that I would have to rethink as well. Deciding to start my own small company was not an easy step, but suddenly I had the chance to work on my own terms and finally do what matched my passion. That was my missing piece to a fulfilling life.
That my well-established circumstances changed once more after more than ten years came down to something simple: I have always found new things fascinating. And so my family and I decided that we were not going to let the chance to move to the USA pass us by. It became a great adventure for all of us, one we still draw on today.
